Direction: Counterclockwise This counter-clockwise loop heads out of Sturgis and hits dirt just out of town before heading south on a variety of roads including Holloway Road, Vanocker Canyon Road, and a bunch of Forestry roads. It then heads east toward Blackhawk and Summerset before heading up I-90. Just south of Sturgis you get one last foray on the gravel before heading back into the Buffalo Chip. This route features both embedded and loose rocks, switchbacks, deep ruts and off camber trails. Highlight: Great photo op at Flag Pole.
