This 874-mile paved loop route begins near Minneapolis, Minnesota, and heads north via county roads, state highways, and U.S. routes to International Falls, Minnesota, known as the “Icebox of the Nation.” Highlights include the Runestone Museum, the Big Ole Viking statue, Itasca State Park (headwaters of the Mississippi River), Voyageurs National Park, Big Axe Brewing Co., and the Cantilever Distillery.
